Our history and development
- Interactive Credit Solutions (ICS) was established in 2014 to provide discount and lifestyle enhancement services to South African consumers.
- In 2018, having grown substantially, we relocated from Phoenix (Durban) to our current facility in Mount Edgecombe.
- In September 2022 we redesigned, rebranded, and relaunched our ICS 5-in-1 Benefits Plan as the MaximAssist Life Enhancement Plan by ICS.
The business continues to grow and evolve, and we are always looking for ways to add extra value to our current plan and develop new offerings where it makes sense, to better serve the needs of our steadily expanding membership base.
We live by our values, and they dictate the way we operate our business, every day.
- Attitude. We accept nothing but positivity, and attitude is something we never compromise on. Our work environment is a vibrant place. We do everything we can to give our clients the best service and treatment possible.
- Integrity. In our industry, this is a must. We only offer services that improve people’s lives and do not tolerate any questionable sales tactics or any other unethical behaviour from our staff members.
- Accountability. Like everyone, we make mistakes – but when we do, we own up to it and do whatever it takes to fix things.
- Productivity. There are only so many hours in a day, and we believe in making the most of them. We expect our people to be disciplined, dedicated, and productive team players.
